I'm always fascinated my the smoke emanating from the tip of a cigarette. I would often imagine what it would be like to draw with that smoke and have the image retain its elusive qualities. That became possible to create with a computer.

These "smoky" images were reduced and manipulated probably over a hundred times from an original image that was full color and representational.
